Edict., 2013 Anderson Valley Pinot Noir
Appellation Trading Company | Napa California, USA
Edict., 2013 Anderson Valley Pinot Noir is from Mendocino’s beautiful Anderson Valley, where Pinot Noir grapes flourish in the temperate, ocean-cooled climate, and sandy, alluvial loam soils, this wine has a dark ruby red color, and aromas of black raspberries, rose petals and vanilla. The silky texture and elegant mid palate direct the wine through flavors of luscious cherry, boysenberry, spice and oak, and a medium, mouth-watering finish of candied plum. A well-balanced Pinot Noir, it will pair well with a variety of foods, including herbed roast pork, veal, game and the full gamut of pasta dishes.
